Jardeg is currently recruiting for a Surveyor to work with Technical Workforce Inc. for the Fish Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant in Calgary, AB!
This position is a 5 days on and 2 days off schedule with the possibility of working afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
At this time, only local candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare survey reports, sketches, field notes, and documentation
- Perform site evaluations, measure water quality parameters and map piping infrastructure
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, site plans, and survey data
- Inspect water lines, filtration equipment, wells, and reservoirs to ensure operational safety and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Maintain and calibrate survey equipment as required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years of construction surveying experience.
- Experience working on industrial, municipal infrastructure, water, or wastewater treatment projects is an asset
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
