Jardeg is recruiting a Steamfitter/Pipefitter Journeyperson local to the Bonnyville/Cold Lake area. (Local Preferred) Experience working at a tack table will be an asset. This is a temporary full-time position on 5 days on and 2 days off rotation. 

 

Rates have just been Increased at Bonnyville Fabrication Effective Dec 09, 2025

 

This will be a great opportunity for someone looking to be home every night through the winter and maybe beyond

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Fab & Assembly- must be able to read and interpret Acorn & isometric drawing assembly 

  • Follow written and verbal instructions from foreperson or lead hand 

  • Layout, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals, or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes.

  • Maintain all tools, work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.

  • Set up fittings and pipes to be tacked, tacking experience required.

  • Hydrotesting experience required.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Steamfitter/Pipefitter Journeyperson Ticket
  • WHMIS 2015
  • Construction Safety Training Systems 2020 Certification 
  • AWP
  • Fall Protection
  • Confined Space
  • Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
