Jardeg is recruiting for Tool Crib Attendants for upcoming work at the Cameco site near Key Lake, located in northern Saskatchewan, the world's largest high-grade uranium mine and mill. 
 
The schedule for this position is 14 days on, 7 days off. This is a fly-in, fly-out position.

 

Tool Crib Attendant tracks the supply and use of equipment in the tool crib at a construction site. They are responsible for receiving, stocking  and distributing items, as well as tracking inventory and managing orders.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Receive all parts and materials as required
  • Assist with the use of tools in the crib and ensure the tools are properly signed for and returned as they are used
  • Load and unload of materials and equipment and deliver to remote work sites via truck and trailer
  • Ensure work instructions and safe work procedures are followed
  • Responsible for keeping the crib area secure at all times
  • Maintain a clean, safe work environment
  • Ensuring the proper handling, sorting and preparation of tools for work
  • Locate/Report lost or misplaced tools and equipment
  • Perform general housekeeping and daily clean-up of work area

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Ability to multi-task, and work alone and as a team.
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • CSTS and WHMIS
  • Trailer hauling experience an asset
  • Log book competent
  • Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol test
