Hands on maintenance and repairs of all equipment and sizes including loaders, excavators, skid steers, lifting equipment like zoom booms, etc.
- Large scale overhauls and rebuilds.
- Replacing components.
- Troubleshoot and diagnosing electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults.
- Preventive maintenance and services.
- Complete work according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
- Work closely with customers maintenance and operations personnel.
- Interpret work orders and technical manuals.
- Keep equipment cleaned, lubricated and maintained.
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions.
- Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems.
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance and ensure that the work done meets manufacturers' specifications and legislated regulations.

Registered 4th Year Apprentice in Heavy Duty Mechanic trade
