Jardeg is currently recruiting for Labourers for the upcoming turnaround work with JCL Industrial Constructors at the Nutrien Cory Mine near Saskatoon, SK. At this time, only people local to the Saskatoon area will be considered.

 

There are day and night shifts available for this position. The shift schedule for the turnaround is working 7 days per week, 10-12-hour shifts. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintaining a clean, organized work area throughout the turnaround
  • Assisting with confined space entry when required
  • Supporting housekeeping, maintenance, and snow removal efforts
  • Working at heights when necessary
  • Helping with a variety of general labour duties as needed

 

Requirements:

  • CSTS-2020 / SCOT certification (SCOT must be issued within the past 3 years despite its 5-year validity)
  • WHMIS 2015 certification (must be issued within the past 3 years per Nutrien Cory’s policy)
  • CSA approved safety toed boots, minimum 6" height, with internal metatarsal guards (from the manufacturer) will be required
  • Confine Space Monitor 
  • Fall Protection
  • Satisfactory completion of a pre-access drug and alcohol test
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transporation to and from site
