BHP’s Jansen Potash Project is located near Saskatoon, SK (approximately 140 kilometers East of Saskatoon) and BHP’s first and most advanced potash project and it will be the world’s largest potash mine once completed.  

 

Jardeg is currently recruiting for Finishing Skid Steer Operator at the BHP Jansen Potash Mine project.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ditching and backfilling gasline boreholes.
  • Finish slab on grade and grade prep for concrete formwork. Has to be able to finish within 20mm or less with a skidsteer.
  • Placing common (clay) and aggregate (gravel) for backfill around foundations.
  • Finishing grade with skidsteer
  • Back filling and transporting materials
  • Other duties as requested

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have valid certificates for the operation of a Skid Steer
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience operating equipment in an industrial workplace
  • CSTS 2020 or SCOT
  • WHMIS 2015
  • Valid Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract
