Jardeg is currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Equipment Operator to work with JCL Industrial Constructors Inc. for the BHP Jansen project, near Leroy, SK.
 
The schedule for this position is 14 days on and 7 days off. This position does offer camp and/or travel allowance.
 
Duties & Responsibilities:
 
  • Perform precise finishing work on industrial and mine infrastructure.
  • Operate skid steer, excavator, and dozer to final grade specifications
  • Work closely with supervisors, survey, and ground crews to achieve quality standards
  • Perform pre-operational routine inspections of equipment.
  • Properly maintain and service equipment as required
  • Demonstrate safe operation of all equipment
 
Requirements:
 
  • Proven experience as a Finishing Equipment Operator on industrial, mine, or heavy civil projects
  • Strong finishing experience operating Skid Steers, Excavators and Dozers
  • CSTS-2020 / SCOT
  • Ground Disturbance
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clean Driver's Abstract
  • Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
