As a Journeyperson Pipefitter you will:

  • Material handling  80 foot length of 4" /16"/ 20" / 24" pipe,
  • installing bolt on pipe supports,
  • set pipe on pipeline cones for Insulators to apply insulation,
  • load and offload pipe spools off trailer
  • Operate a variety of industrial facilities equipment and hand tools.
  • Work in confined spaces such as in vessels, tanks and towers.
  • Measure, cut, curve, gather and install piping, valves and fittings.
  • Be able to use testing equipment to check for leaks.
  • Perform QA/QC checks for all work performed.
  • Develop procedures as required.
  • Perform general duties as assigned.



  • CSTS 2020
  • Fall Protection (OSSA Preferred)
  • Confined Space (OSSA Preferred)
  • Journeyman Certificate or be a registered Apprentice
  • Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada,
  • Pre employment A/D testing required


Location Details

  • From October – Jan 1 location of job will be in Onoway, Alberta
  • Jan 3 2023 – end of April 2023 job will in the Fort MacMurray site, Camp will be provided
  • Travel Allowance is available too site.
