Jardeg is recruiting Journeyperson Pipefitter’s to join the Heartland Constructors Inc. team at the CNRL Albian site near Fort McMurray, Alberta for a temporary project position.

Come be a part of an outstanding team working with industry leaders who have been executing work at the Albian site for over a decade. This is a temporary position starting as early as November 19th and going until November 28th. Day and night shift positions are available. Flights are provided from Edmonton and Calgary.

Responsibilities:

• Layout, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals, or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of functional operation of various piping system components by measuring, cutting, threading, grooving, and bending of pipes, valves, and fittings.
• Use testing equipment effectively to check for system leaks and troubleshoot fitting errors.

Position Qualifications:

• Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal
• Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test 
• CSTS 09 or CSO
• Confined Space
• H2S Alive
• Fall Protection
• Basic Rigging
