Schedule: 9 days on 5 days off/11 hr shift

Accommodations: LOA: $180.00 per day worked if you are over 100 KM’s, you will be required to provide 2 pieces of documentations with proof of address

Jardeg is recruiting for Electricians for upcoming work at Woodland Constructors Ltd. to build the expansion of Yellowhead Power Station near North Batttleford, SK.

As a Journeyperson or Apprentice Electrician you will:

 

  • Read and interpret drawings, schematics and electrical code specific to electrical equipment layout.
  • Test, examine and install electrical components, wiring, receptables, switches and other electrical controls.
  • Work with cutting, threading, bending, assembling and installing conduits and other conductors and fittings.
  • Install Cable Tray/Conduit and support systems along with cable pull and terminations.
  • Install electrical equipment and heat trace systems along with reading and interpreting drawings and following specifications and CEC.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years Industrial experience
  • CSTS/SCOT Certificate
  • WHMIS 2015 Certificate
  • Fall Pro (OSSA Preferred)
  • AWP (OSSA Preferred)
  • CODC- R&R
  • Journeyperson Certificate or Registered Elecctrical Apprentice 
  • Ticketed Journeyperson must have the Saskatchewan Electrical License - Electrical Journeyperson's Licence Application / Renewal - TSask Forms
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Satisfactory completion of Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
