We are currently recruiting a Labourer to join the team at one of our Buildings projects in Hamilton, ON!
Responsibilities:
- Handle and distribute construction materials (load and unload vehicles with supplies, equipment and construction materials; move tools, equipment and construction materials to and from work areas; remove rubble and other debris)
- Equipment operating as assigned (Telehandler experience will be required)
- Carpentry tasks as needed
- Assisting with concrete formwork, stripping formwork
- Review work area for damages
- General site cleanup and housekeeping
- Assist with other duties as required
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction industry
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience operating equipment
- Tickets for operating (Telehandler, Skid Steer)
- Carpentry experience
- 4 Step Safety Certificate & WHMIS Certification
- Rigging ticket - an asset to have
- Able to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull and carry, walk on uneven ground
- Drivers License
- Reliable transportation
