Jardeg is recruiting Transport Operators with Loader experience to join the SUNCOR Forthills maintenance team on their site near Fort McMurray, Alberta. This is a FULL-TIME position on a 7 on 7 off shift schedule, 12 hours/day starting January 29th, 2025

Transport Operators perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled work in the operation of driving a truck in the mine, delivering pipe/spools/equipment which includes load securement. Responsible for understanding and following all operating policy and procedures while operating equipment.

Responsibilities:

Receives written and oral instructions from supervisor regarding material/pipe spool transportation.
Demonstrates safe operation of all equipment.
Reads and understands the results and purpose of all gauges and equipment.
Properly maintains and services or have equipment serviced daily.
Performs minor maintenance or clearing of tools and equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

4 or more years of related experience
Loader experience
Energy Safety Canada Common Safety Orientation CSO
Energy Safety Canada Fall Protection
Energy Safety Canada H2S Awareness or H2S Alive
Loader Ticket
Overhead Crane
Basic Rigging
Skid Steer
Telehandler
WHMIS 2015
Valid Full Class 5 Driver’s License with Air brakes or Class 1 considered an asset - No restrictions
5 Year’s Driver’s Abstract
Mask Fit Test
Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
