Jardeg is recruiting Journeyperson Scaffolder’s to join the Heartland Constructors Inc. team at the CNRL Albian site near Fort McMurray, Alberta for a permanent full-time position starting as soon as February 25, 2026. This position will be on a day shift on a 7/7 schedule. Flights are provided from Edmonton and Calgary.

Responsibilities:

  • Design scaffolds to site requirements, material specifications and CSA standards
  • Fully competent with assembling, dismantling and modifying System (Layer/Ring Lock) and Tube & Clamp scaffolds
  • Safe work practices in the industrial environment with knowledge of Task Hazard Assessments

 

Position Qualifications:

  • Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal
  • Valid apprenticeship
  • Class 5 Driver’s License
  • Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test 
  • CSTS 09 or CSO
  • Confined Space
  • Fall Protection
  • Basic Rigging
