Jardeg is recruiting an Electrician Journeyperson to join Heartland Constructors on the CNRL Horizon Maintenance team near Fort McMurray, Alberta. The Journeyperson base hourly rate is $53.11. This is a permanent position working 12 hour day shifts on a 7 days on, 7 days off shift rotation. Camp accommodation and charter flights (from Calgary or Edmonton flight hubs) are provided by the company.

As an Electrician Journeyperson your responsibilities will include but may not be limited to;
- Expertly identify and able to proficiently install almost all material components.
- Expert conduit skills.
- Expert with circuitry planning and installations.
- Expertly read and comprehend drawings and specifications.
- Expert control systems planning and installation.
- Adhering to safe work practices and procedures.
- Proficient multi-meter, Meggar, Phase Rotation meter and AMP-Meter usage.
- Proficiency in ARC Flash awareness.
- Mentor junior apprentices.
Minimum Requirements:
- Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
- Certified Electrician Journeyperson.
- Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory 3-year Driver’s Abstract
- CSO
- Energy Safety Canada Certified Fall Protection
- Energy Safety Canada Certified Confined Space Entry & Monitor
- Energy Safety Canada Certified Aerial Work Platform
- Basic Rigging
