We are currently recruiting for a Labourer to join the team at the Edmonton yard! 

This position is in Edmonton, AB and does not have camp accommodations, travel allowance, or living out allowance.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Loading and offloading of materials and equipment
  • Aid with the movement of materials and equipment, inventory counts, including loading and processing orders
  • General housekeeping and cleanup; organizing and maintain the shop and yard
  • Washing vehicles and equipment  
  • Identify and report hazardous or unsafe areas/materials
  • Knowledge and understanding of construction, tools, materials, and equipment
  • Attend and participate in safety meetings, daily toolbox meetings, and daily closeout meetings
  • Adhere to company safety standards, policies, and guidelines
  • Assist with other duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years construction experience
  • Experience operating a telehandler considered an asset
  • Experience with Inventory Management
  • CSTS & WHMIS Certificates
  • Ability to bend, stretch, lift, push, pull, and carry
  • Must be able to work individually and in a team environment
  • Must be willing to learn
  • Capable of learning through on-the-job training
  • Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Candidates must be legally able to work in Canada
