Jardeg is currently recruiting for a highly organized Labourer Equipment Coordinator to work with Technical Workforce Inc. at the ESY Delta Shop & Yard in Delta, BC!

 

The schedule for this position is 5 days on and 2 days off, working 8 hours a day with the possibility of overtime as per the shop and yard needs. At this time, only local candidates will be considered. 

 


Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintain the working order of the yard, warehouse, staff, and equipment.
  • Field calls and requests as they come in.
  • Receive and monitor equipment and material requisitions.
  • Organize transportation of equipment and materials to and from project sites.
  • Complete data entry for equipment inventory or material transfers.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to quality control and brand standards.
  • Conduct safety inspections.
  • Orient visitors to the yard.
  • Manage and mentor yard staff.

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant construction experience working in a construction yard
  • Experience specifically with construction equipment like compressors, telehandlers, skid steers, generators, etc.
  • Proficient in using a computer and communication tools such as SAP, email, internet, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Reliable transportation to get to work
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License is required
