Jardeg is seeking an Electrician Foreperson to join our team near Cold Lake Alberta on a 10 on 4 off rotation 10 hours per day.

Local Preferred

 

Electricians install, alter, repair, and maintain electrical systems designed to provide heat, light, power, control, signal, or fire alarms for all types of buildings, structures, and premises.

We are looking for personnel with Construction experience in to perform new construction in existing facilities, cable pull, cable tray & grounding, heat trace install, and glanding & termination.  

 

Responsibilities:

 

 
  • Organize and coordinate construction activities on a job site 

  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of project procedures, schedules, cost controls and reporting 

  • Request and coordinate movement of tools, materials and equipment in accordance with established procedures and lead times 

  • Identify potential changes to project scope and advises project superintendent of associated impacts 

  • Assist in the coordination and planning of projects in a particular construction area 

  • Monitor contractors, trades performance, progress and productivity 

  • Ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Journeyperson Certificate
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS 2020) Certification
  • WHMIS 2015
  • Emergency First Aid
  • H2s Alive
  • Driver's License and a clean 3 Year Driver's Abstract
  • Completion of a background check
  • Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test
