Jardeg is currently seeking Local Apprentice Electricians to join the Imperial Oil project team on site near Cold Lake, Alberta on a 5 on 2 off 0r 10 on 4 off shift with Daily Overtime.

 

This local opportunity allows you to be home every night and there is room for advancement.

 

Electricians install, alter, repair, and maintain electrical systems designed to provide heat, light, power, control, signal, or fire alarms for all types of buildings, structures, and premises.

We are looking for personnel with maintenance experience in plant-based settings and willing to provide training in areas where required. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Be able to take directions, and receptive to training and mentoring;
  • Able to identify and able to proficiently install almost all material components;
  • Experience with conduit skills;
  • Work with circuitry planning and installations;
  • Able to read and comprehend drawings and specifications;
  • Experience with control systems planning and installation;
  • Comfortable with tool usage, both personal and supplied; 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS 2020) Certification
  • WHMIS 2015
  • Emergency First Aid
  • H2s Alive
  • Driver's License and a clean 3 Year Driver's Abstract
