Jardeg is actively recruiting for a Workforce HRIS Coordinator supporting the HRIS Team. Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the Workforce HRIS Coordinator is responsible for administering and maintaining the workforce HRIS system . 

 

This is a Hybrid 3-months contract role to support our upcoming Turnaround

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site  

 

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS (Costpoint and Success Factors) ensuring data accuracy and adherence to HRIS standards
  • Manage employee lifecycle data (hires, changes, terminations), including documentation collection and updates
  • Support system integrity and integrations by escalating technical issues and assisting with data corrections
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and reporting, ensuring compliance and data readiness
  • Serve as the primary HRIS contact, responding to user access requests and basic stakeholder inquiries while coordinating with payroll and HRIS teams

 

The Right Tools for the Job

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years related experience required.
