Jardeg is actively recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator supporting the Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Senior Recruiter, the Staff Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in supporting recruitment and onboarding activities across our business while helping deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site
• Coordinate onboarding activities and support new hires through the hiring and onboarding process to ensure planned start dates are achieved.
• Prepare, review, and maintain recruitment and onboarding documentation while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
• Manage candidate records, requisition data, job postings, and onboarding information across recruitment systems and tracking tools.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR teams, and operational stakeholders to support recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Schedule interviews, respond to candidate inquiries, monitor onboarding progress, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
The Right Tools for the Job
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting recruitment administration, onboarding, HR administration, or a similar role.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is considered an asset.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn or Indeed.
