Jardeg is currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Gate Attendant to join the Technical Workforce Inc. team at Bonnybrook Wastewater Treatment Plant, located in Calgary, AB. This role is critical to maintaining smooth site operations and ensuring safety and efficiency at the gate.
 
The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, working from 6:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Ensure punctual arrival and consistent attendance to prevent delays and congestion at the gate.
  • Greet and interact with visitors, staff, and delivery personnel.
  • Scan individuals in and out of the site using designated systems.
  • Provide clear directions to visitors and guide vehicles to appropriate locations.
  • Communicate delivery details to relevant site teams promptly and accurately.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation with strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous conduct at all times.
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to read, write, and complete forms accurately.
  • Comfortable sitting for long hours in a gatehouse or outdoor setting.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Reliable transportation to get to work.
  • Candidates must be legally able to work in Canada.
