Jardeg Construction is recruiting for a Local Journeyperson Steamfitter/Pipefitter to join the esteemed team at CNRL Wolf Lake near Bonnyville, Alberta.

CNRL Wolf Lake is an In-Situ Thermal site, and you’ll enjoy a well-structured 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation with 11-hour workdays, Starting September 08 complete with three 15-minute breaks and 5% RRSP. 

Steamfitter/pipefitters lay out, assemble, fabricate, maintain and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes. Pipefitters also remove and replace worn components, do general maintenance work and may work on plant shutdowns.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow written and verbal instructions from foreperson,or leadhand.
  • Layout, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals, or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes.
  • Maintain all tools, work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion.
