Jardeg is currently recruiting for a Crane Operator to work with JCL Industrial Constructors Inc. for the K+S Compactor project, at the K+S Bethune Mine Site, SK.
 
The schedule for this position is 9 days on, 5 days off. This position does offer Living Out Allowance. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Operate and maintain mobile cranes to lift, move, position or place equipment and materials within manufacturer limits
  • Clean and lubricate cranes
  • Perform pre-operational inspection, and calculate crane capacities and weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting
  • Perform routine maintenance work
  • Operate mobile cranes in the 50-100 ton range
  • Set rebar cages into piles to prepare them for concrete
  • Follow all site specific lifting plans/procedures
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
  • Crane Operator Ticket is required
  • 5 years’ related experience in an industrial setting
  • CSTS and/or SCOT certifications
  • Must be able to operate at least 35Ton crane 
  • Satisfactory completion of pre-Acess Drug & Alcohol test
