We are seeking top-tier talent to join our Industrial division and build innovative projects in the oil, gas, petrochemical, renewable energy, power, mining, forestry, underground, heavy construction, maintenance, turnarounds and sustaining capital sectors. As a Co-op ­­­­­­­­Project Coordinator at Graham you will:

 

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly labour, equipment, material and subtrade costs. 
  • Monitor cost accruals and reviewswith the Project Manager on a regular basis
  • Review and code timesheets to ensure proper cost allocation
  • Develop a schedule with the assistance of the Project Manager and assist with the development of schedules. Monitor and update schedules on a regular basis
  • Review and monitor actual construction vs. schedule. Identift critical path and keep abreast of manpower loading and materials deliveries
  • Submit requisitions for materials and equipment as required for project execution, complete receiving documentation
  • Control drawings, drawing records and revisions
  • Control site instructions and change orders
  • Maintain  QA/QC documentation and records of all testing and inspections
  • Obtain and provide written documentation for all clarifications and instructions, attend all meetings as required

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Enrolled in Bachelor of (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical) Engineering, Construction Management, or Engineering Technology Program
  • In an accredited Co-op Program sponsored by an education institution 
  • Experience in the construction industry is a definite asset 
  • Willingness to work out of town on rotational schedules is required
