This role combines entrepreneurial leadership with disciplined operational governance to establish and grow a new business line focused on electrical and instrumentation services, including maintenance, turnarounds, sustaining capital projects, and specialty construction services. • Lead Within a Governance Framework: Ensure the business operates in alignment with Graham's governance requirements, delegated authorities, risk management processes, and HSEQ standards.
  • Build a High-Performing Organization: Establish scalable processes, develop operational capability, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
