 As a member of our Infrastructure group, you will provide insight and innovative construction solutions to ensure the successful execution of various infrastructure projects, such as: roadways, highways and interchanges; bridges and overpasses; water and wastewater treatment facilities; transmission lines; general/public transportation including airports, seaports and light rail transit lines (LRTs); and conventional and alternative power generation like wind farms and district energy facilities. You will also further hone your skills operating under various delivery methods including Design-Build, P3 (Public-Private Partnership), Construction Management and IPD (Integrated Project Delivery).



Reporting to the Office Manager, the Receptionist is responsible for all activities within the reception area, and executes tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures, adhering to Graham’s Code of Business Ethics & Conduct. This individual performs administrative and clerical duties, including greeting and directing visitors, answering incoming calls, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting the administration team with room bookings, catering, and transportation needs. This individual is a representative of the office branch and delivers effective customer service to all clients, visitors, and employees of Graham and its affiliates.  

Essential Functions 

  • Manage and maintain reception areas in office ( Monday-Friday).

  • Organize and restock the supply room. Including order supplies and retain invoices for records. 

  • Revise and update office, project, and contact information. 

  • Assist with additional administrative projects. 

  •  Receive / manage incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.

  • Administer office meeting room calendar and schedule. 

  • Greet all office visitors in a professional manner, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service. 

  • Answer and forward all incoming calls to the proper department or contact. 

  • Monitor phone system, ensuring voicemail is checked and dealt with accordingly. 

  • Respond to employee emails, meeting room and conference call bookings, and other administrative requests within the office.  

Education, Experience and Knowledge 

  • Minimum high school diploma. 

  • Professional work experience in an office in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus, but not required. 

  • Computer and typing skills and basic understanding of MS Office Suite.

  • Professional and effective communication abilities and interpersonal skills. 

  • Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. 

  • Courteous, helpful, and professional demeanor. 

  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
